  • Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
  • Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.

Note: If you or your bed partner have certain magnetic, metallic medical devices or objects, including but not limited to pacemakers, metallic stents and neurostimulators, which are implanted in your body, you may be at risk when using this CPAP mask as it uses magnets in its headgear clips to secure the masks. Are magnets safe to use?

Use of masks with magnetic components is contraindicated in patients with the following pre-existing conditions: a metallic Hemostatic clip implanted in the head to repair an aneurysm and/or metallic splinters in one or both eyes.

Cleaning instructions
Daily/After each use: Rinse the frame and elbow under running water, clean with a soft brush, and soak in warm water (approx. 86°F/30°C) with a mild liquid detergent for up to ten minutes.
Cushion (Daily): If required, wipe the cushion with a CPAP wipe or equivalent and allow to dry.
Important: Do not get the cushion wet or submerge it in liquid, as this may damage it.
Weekly: Handwash the headgear (with magnets attached) in warm water with mild liquid detergent. Monthly: Replace the AirTouch F20 cushion.
