Price Match Guarantee

At CPAP Online, we believe that quality sleep therapy should be both accessible and affordable. That’s why we’ve introduced our Price Match Guarantee Policy – so you’re always getting the best deal possible, without compromising on care and support.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to accredited Australian CPAP providers. We do not match offers from overseas companies, and here’s why:

  • Warranty Protection – ResMed Australia and other local suppliers honour warranties purchased through accredited Australian businesses (up to 5 years). Overseas purchases typically only include a shorter warranty, often just 2 years, and may not be valid in Australia.
  • Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
  • Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
  • Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

How It Works

  1. Seen a lower price? Let us know before you buy.
  2. Send us the link to the product on their website, or the original quote, via our contact form.
  3. Once verified, we’ll match our competitor’s price — easy as that.

Have A Prescription

In Australia you do not require a prescription to purchase a CPAP Machine

If you are being managed by a Dr or specialist and have specific requirements regarding the settings of the machine. We currently have the abilities to set it up for free. To receive this please place your order then let us know through the contact page here - what you would require.

If you are purchasing an CPAP machine and not sure what settings you require, please note that most automatic pressure machines use the latest technology to adjust the pressure on a breath-by-breath basis. This enables the delivery of the most accurate therapy to treat sleep apnoea. Thus you might not need specific when using APAP machines.

Full Face Masks

Cover both the nose and mouth, making them ideal for mouth breathers or individuals with nasal congestion. They provide a secure seal and consistent airflow, even at higher pressure settings, ensuring effective therapy. While they offer the most coverage, they can feel bulky and are best suited for back sleepers or those who need maximum support.

Compact Full Face Masks

Are a smaller, lighter alternative to traditional full face masks. They cover the mouth and sit under the nose, reducing bulk and eliminating pressure on the bridge of the nose. This design is perfect for side sleepers or users who want less obtrusion while still benefiting from dual-coverage therapy.

Nasal Masks

Fit snugly over the nose, providing a lightweight and minimal-contact option for nose breathers. They deliver effective airflow for mild to moderate pressure settings and are versatile enough for most sleeping positions. Their unobtrusive design makes them a popular choice for users who prefer a less intrusive mask.

Nasal Pillow Masks

Feature small prongs that sit directly in the nostrils, offering precise airflow with minimal facial contact. They are the lightest and most low-profile option, making them ideal for active sleepers or users who feel claustrophobic with larger masks. Their unobstructed design also allows for easy reading or watching TV before bed.

Nasal Cradle Masks

Cradle the base of the nose, delivering effective airflow with minimal facial coverage. This gentle design reduces pressure marks and irritation, making them a great choice for sensitive skin. Lightweight and unobtrusive, they are perfect for side sleepers or users who want a soft, natural fit without anything sitting in or over their nostrils.

About Magnetic Clips

This non-magnetic version is essential for users with pacemakers, medical implants, or those who require regular MRI scans. It’s also ideal for individuals working in environments where magnetic components aren’t permitted, whilst delivering the same exceptional comfort and performance as the magnetic version.
Note: If you or your bed partner have certain magnetic, metallic medical devices or objects, including but not limited to pacemakers, metallic stents and neurostimulators, which are implanted in your body, you may be at risk when using this CPAP mask as it uses magnets in its headgear clips to secure the masks. Learn more at the link below.

Are magnets safe to use?

Use of masks with magnetic components is contraindicated in patients with the following pre-existing conditions: a metallic Hemostatic clip implanted in the head to repair an aneurysm and/or metallic splinters in one or both eyes. Read the safety update here.
