Price Match Guarantee

At CPAP Online, we believe that quality sleep therapy should be both accessible and affordable. That’s why we’ve introduced our Price Match Guarantee Policy – so you’re always getting the best deal possible, without compromising on care and support.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to accredited Australian CPAP providers. We do not match offers from overseas companies, and here’s why:

  • Warranty Protection – ResMed Australia and other local suppliers honour warranties purchased through accredited Australian businesses (up to 5 years). Overseas purchases typically only include a shorter warranty, often just 2 years, and may not be valid in Australia.
  • Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
  • Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
  • Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

How It Works

  1. Seen a lower price? Let us know before you buy.
  2. Send us the link to the product on their website, or the original quote, via our contact form.
  3. Once verified, we’ll match our competitor’s price — easy as that.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping method is automatically calculated at checkout
  • *Depends on Rural/Metro in different states.
  • Please note, shipment method does not affect dispatch times.

Have A Prescription

In Australia you do not require a prescription to purchase a CPAP Machine

If you are being managed by a Dr or specialist and have specific requirements regarding the settings of the machine. We currently have the abilities to set it up for free. To receive this please place your order then let us know through the contact page here - what you would require.

If you are purchasing an CPAP machine and not sure what settings you require, please note that most automatic pressure machines use the latest technology to adjust the pressure on a breath-by-breath basis. This enables the delivery of the most accurate therapy to treat sleep apnoea. Thus you might not need specific when using APAP machines.

Full Face Masks

Cover both the nose and mouth, making them ideal for mouth breathers or individuals with nasal congestion. They provide a secure seal and consistent airflow, even at higher pressure settings, ensuring effective therapy. While they offer the most coverage, they can feel bulky and are best suited for back sleepers or those who need maximum support.

Compact Full Face Masks

Are a smaller, lighter alternative to traditional full face masks. They cover the mouth and sit under the nose, reducing bulk and eliminating pressure on the bridge of the nose. This design is perfect for side sleepers or users who want less obtrusion while still benefiting from dual-coverage therapy.

Nasal Masks

Fit snugly over the nose, providing a lightweight and minimal-contact option for nose breathers. They deliver effective airflow for mild to moderate pressure settings and are versatile enough for most sleeping positions. Their unobtrusive design makes them a popular choice for users who prefer a less intrusive mask.

Nasal Pillow Masks

Feature small prongs that sit directly in the nostrils, offering precise airflow with minimal facial contact. They are the lightest and most low-profile option, making them ideal for active sleepers or users who feel claustrophobic with larger masks. Their unobstructed design also allows for easy reading or watching TV before bed.

Nasal Cradle Masks

Cradle the base of the nose, delivering effective airflow with minimal facial coverage. This gentle design reduces pressure marks and irritation, making them a great choice for sensitive skin. Lightweight and unobtrusive, they are perfect for side sleepers or users who want a soft, natural fit without anything sitting in or over their nostrils.

Features

Ultimate Comfort with Infinity Seal

Ultimate Comfort with Infinity Seal

AirFit’s advanced InfinitySeal nasal cushion features specially-designed “infinity” loops with variable thickness levels to reduce blowout, provide support at the sides of the nose, and relieve pressure at the nasal bridge. InfinitySeal’s soft, frosted surfaces feel natural on the skin and maintain a secure seal even at the highest CPAP or BiLevel pressures. Three InfinitySeal sizes are available — Small, Medium and Large.
Minimalist, Soft, Flexible Frame with Integrated Padding

Minimalist, Soft, Flexible Frame with Integrated Padding

AirFit N20’s frame flexes naturally to a custom fit on each user’s face. With only minimal skin contact the AirFit N20 For Her provides a stable fit and an open field of view. Integrated padding within the frame adds softness so you can read, watch TV and enjoy your evening routine without worrying about pinching, red marks, or pressure from your CPAP mask.
Plush Headgear with Magnetic Clips

Plush Headgear with Magnetic Clips

Plush N20 Headgear is engineered for extra softness and stability. The rolled-edge fabric straps should be worn loosely to allow the InfinitySeal cushion to adapt to your personal facial contours. Ingenious magnetic clips, on the lower straps, guide the headgear into the mask frame so it is quick and easy to put on and take off with a simple twist. AirFit N20 masks come with Standard Headgear however Small and Large headgear is available separately for a more custom fit.
Easy-to-Use Quick Release Elbow

Easy-to-Use Quick Release Elbow

The AirFit N20 CPAP mask features a quick release elbow with squeeze-tabs so it’s easy to detach with one hand if you need to get up during the night. The elbow rotates 360° and includes an independent tube swivel to reduce tubing pull and drag. Diffused venting, built into the elbow, delivers an ultra quiet performance. Air is dispersed gently away from the user and bed partners so everyone can enjoy a quiet, comfortable night sleep.
Integrated Flexi-tube

Integrated Flexi-tube

The AirFit N10 includes an integrated, lightweight Flexi-Tube short tube that extends off of the mask frame, stretching and bending to increase flexibility while maintaining seal and stability. The Flexi-Tube is designed to accommodate a wide range of sleeping positions comfortably without mask drag or catching.

AirFit N20 vs AirTouch N20

The ResMed AirTouch N20 and the ResMed AirFit N20 are similar nasal CPAP masks with one key difference. They both feature the same plush headgear, flexible tubing and soft fabric frame. The key difference between the two masks is the type of cushion used.

ResMed AirTouch N20: The AirTouch N20 cushion is made with UltraSoft Memory Foam material which adapts to your facial contours. This ensures an effective seal is achieved and maintained throughout the night. This cushion cannot be washed and requires replacing every 30 days and can be given a daily wipe over with your CPAP mask wipes.

ResMed AirFit N20: The AirFit N20 features a washable and more durable silicone cushion. The InfinitySeal technology used in creating this product ensures the cushion adapts to the face while creating a secure seal.

About Magnetic Clips

The magnetic clips on this version provide quick and secure attachment points between the headgear and frame, making daily use effortless.

Note: If you or your bed partner have certain magnetic, metallic medical devices or objects, including but not limited to pacemakers, metallic stents and neurostimulators, which are implanted in your body, you may be at risk when using this CPAP mask as it uses magnets in its headgear clips to secure the masks. Are magnets safe to use?

Use of masks with magnetic components is contraindicated in patients with the following pre-existing conditions: a metallic Hemostatic clip implanted in the head to repair an aneurysm and/or metallic splinters in one or both eyes. Read the safety update here.
