At CPAP Online, we believe that quality sleep therapy should be both accessible and affordable. That’s why we’ve introduced our Price Match Guarantee Policy – so you’re always getting the best deal possible, without compromising on care and support.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to accredited Australian CPAP providers. We do not match offers from overseas companies, and here’s why:

• Warranty Protection – ResMed Australia and other local suppliers honour warranties purchased through accredited Australian businesses (up to 5 years). Overseas purchases typically only include a shorter warranty, often just 2 years, and may not be valid in Australia.
• Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
• Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
• Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

• We try our best to process and dispatch orders within 1-5 business days from our Sydney warehouse. (stock permitting)
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will attempt to contact you via email.
• We encourage customers to contact us to find out if a product is in stock before placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

• Shipping method is automatically calculated at checkout
• *Depends on Rural/Metro in different states.

Damages & Warranty

• CPAP Online Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please send us a photo via the contact form on our website and we will file a claim with Australia Post.
• Please note it can take several weeks for the carrier to investigate before we can provide you with some answers.
• All deliveries are insured with the carrier and we will only provide you with a refund/replacement if and once the carrier has provided us with a reimbursement.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are being managed by a Dr or specialist and have specific requirements regarding the settings of the machine. We currently have the abilities to set it up for free. To receive this please place your order then let us know through the contact page here - what you would require.

If you are purchasing an CPAP machine and not sure what settings you require, please note that most automatic pressure machines use the latest technology to adjust the pressure on a breath-by-breath basis. This enables the delivery of the most accurate therapy to treat sleep apnoea. Thus you might not need specific when using APAP machines.
