Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to accredited Australian CPAP providers. We do not match offers from overseas companies, and here’s why:

  • Warranty Protection – ResMed Australia and other local suppliers honour warranties purchased through accredited Australian businesses (up to 5 years). Overseas purchases typically only include a shorter warranty, often just 2 years, and may not be valid in Australia.
  • Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
  • Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
  • Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

  • Compatible with all Standard CPAP setups from Sefam, BMC, ResMed, Philips Respironics.
  • Also compatible with heated tubes, except where a tube extension is used.
  • Not compatible with the Resmed Airmini
  • Looking to use this with the F&P SleepStyle Plus? If you're connecting it to the mask end, no extra parts are needed. However, if you plan to plug it into the machine end, you'll also need to purchase the Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle Non-Heated Breathing Tube with Elbow.

Need to Know

  • Single-use, disposable filter. Do not wash, rinse, or attempt to clean.
  • We recommend replacing the filter every 1–2 weeks.
  • Heated tube setups: attach the filter to the mask end of the tube.
  • Standard (unheated) tubes: attach the filter to the machine end, between the CPAP outlet and the hose.
  • Buying in bulk? A 4, 8 or 12 pack covers you for 1–3 months of weekly changes, so you're never caught short.
