  • Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
  • Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
  • Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

Cleaning instructions
Handwash all mask parts except the headgear daily in lukewarm, soapy water, then rinse them thoroughly with fresh water. Wash the headgear weekly after seven days of use. Avoid any cleaning products containing alcohol, antiseptics, bleach, chlorine, or moisturisers, as these can compromise the mask’s performance.
