Cleaning instructions
Daily: Hand-wash the cushion with mild soap and warm, drinking-quality water to remove facial oils. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry, out of direct sunlight. The mask frame should also be washed daily or weekly.
Weekly: Disassemble and hand-wash the headgear, frame, and any attached tubing in warm, soapy water. Rinse well and allow all components to air dry completely, out of direct sunlight.
Cautions: Avoid using bleach, alcohol, vinegar-based solutions, perfumed or antibacterial soaps, strong-smelling products (e.g., citrus), or commercial CPAP wipes/sanitizers unless specifically approved by the manufacturer, as these may damage the mask components and shorten their lifespan. Do not wash in a dishwasher or put in a washing machine (except for headgear placed in a protective bag, as per some general advice).
