Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to accredited Australian CPAP providers. We do not match offers from overseas companies, and here’s why:

• Warranty Protection – ResMed Australia and other local suppliers honour warranties purchased through accredited Australian businesses (up to 5 years). Overseas purchases typically only include a shorter warranty, often just 2 years, and may not be valid in Australia.
• Shipping Costs – Warranty claims with overseas suppliers usually require sending the unit back internationally, which can cost up to $150 each way.
• Network Compatibility – Overseas CPAP machines often have built-in modems that are not compatible with Australian networks, meaning connectivity features and apps will not work here.
• Customs & Duties – Importing from overseas can attract additional customs and duty charges (typically around $150), payable each time the unit is shipped, including for warranty claims.

To be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee:

• The competitor must be a registered Australian business with a valid ABN.
• The price match request must be for an identical product (same brand, model, and packaging).
• The product must be new and in stock — no refurbished, ex-demo, or second-hand items.
• The price must be publicly advertised via a quote or online listing.
• We do not match or beat prices from: Marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, etc.). Clearance, club, membership, or trade deals. Cashbacks, bundled offers, or promotional bonuses.
• Price Match must be claimed prior to purchase — we will not provide an adjustment once the purchase has been made.
• The competitor’s offer must be valid at the time of request and available for immediate purchase.
