Black Friday Draw Terms & Conditions

Promotion Terms

1. Promoter. CPAP Online Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 76 698 259 031), 1/52 Holker Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion. The Black Friday Launch Draw (“Promotion”) is a trade promotion lottery. It is a separate promotion from any other giveaway or offer run by the Promoter. Entries are only valid for this Promotion and do not carry over to any other promotion.

3. Promotion period. 10:00am Monday 2 November 2026 to 11:59pm Friday 6 November 2026, Sydney time (AEDT).

4. Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over with an Australian delivery address. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the draw are not eligible.

5. How to enter. Place an order at cpaponline.com.au during the promotion period with a value of $100 or more, calculated after all discounts and promo codes, including GST and excluding shipping (“Eligible Order”). The entrant must also be subscribed to the CPAP Online email newsletter, using the same email address as the order, by the end of the promotion period. Existing subscribers do not need to subscribe again. Each Eligible Order by a subscriber is one entry. There is no entry fee.

6. Excluded orders. Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, or fully refunded or returned before the draw are excluded. An order partly refunded before the draw that falls below $100 is excluded.

7. Prize. One prize is available: a refund of the amount paid for the winning Eligible Order (excluding shipping), up to a maximum of $1,950 (incl. GST). Total prize value: up to $1,950 (incl. GST). The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

8. Draw. The draw takes place at 11:00am Sydney time on Monday 9 November 2026 at the Promoter’s address. The winner is selected at random using a random number generator, witnessed by two Promoter staff.

9. Keeping the goods. The winner keeps the goods from the winning order. Those goods cannot be returned for a further refund, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Health fund rebates. The winner must not claim, and must reverse any claim already made, for a private health insurance rebate on the refunded amount.

11. Winner notification. The winner will be contacted by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw, and in writing no later than 7 days after the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days of the draw to claim the prize.

12. Unclaimed prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, or the winner is ineligible, a redraw takes place at 11:00am Sydney time on Monday 30 November 2026 at the Promoter’s address. The redraw winner is notified in the same way.

13. Winner publication. The winner’s first name will be published at cpaponline.com.au/pages/black-friday-cyber-monday within 7 days of the draw, for at least 30 days. Winners will also be announced on CPAP Online’s social media channels.

14. Beware of scams. Scammers may impersonate CPAP Online. The Promoter will only contact winners from an @cpaponline.com.au email address or CPAP Online’s official social media accounts. The Promoter will never ask a winner to pay a fee or provide card details, bank details or passwords to claim a prize, because the prize is refunded to the original payment method. If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond, and report it to us via cpaponline.com.au/pages/contact.

15. Verification. The Promoter may verify eligibility and identity. Entries that are fraudulent, made in breach of these terms, or made by bulk or automated ordering are invalid.

16. Privacy. Personal information is collected to run this Promotion and is handled under the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at cpaponline.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Marketing messages are only sent where the entrant has consented, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

17. Changes. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or events outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a state or territory regulator.

18. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, the Promoter is not liable for loss arising from the Promotion, except loss caused by its negligence.

19. Tax. Prizes are generally not taxable for the winner. Winners should seek their own advice if unsure.

20. Records. The Promoter keeps entry and draw records for at least 12 months.
